To the Glory and Praise of God

My heart is so full of joy in these moments. All I can do is proclaim how very GOOD God is. I just spent the past 24 hours with Him…and all I can say is THIS is what we were created for. Being in his presence is absolutely perfect. It is incredible that, with God, the more time you spend with him, the more time you desire. How incredible it will be to sit at His feet forever. I love Him, SO much. It was all made to go together…prayer, worship, and his word. They are not separate entities but meant to be woven together in a beautiful way. Being a part of “Prayse” was humbling and such a blessing; one that I don’t deserve. I don’t deserve any of this and yet God just pours out his love. I pray that our lives serve as a display of his splendor. This is why we have been created in the first place.

“But you, O Lord, sit enthroned forever; your renown through ALL generations. You will arise and have compassion on Zion, for it is time to show favor to her; the appointed time has come. For her stones are dear to your servants; her very dust moves them to pity. The nations will fear the name of the Lord, all the kings of the earth will revere your glory. For the Lord will REBUILD Zion and appear in his glory. He will RESPOND to the PRAYER of the destitute; he will NOT despise their plea.” ~Psalm 102:12-17

If you haven’t prayed in awhile..I challenge you to RIGHT NOW; go somewhere quiet, away from distractions. (A closet works well :0p ) Just go to him. Pour out your heart to him. Nothing we say surprises him, nothing scares him away. He is SO ready to hear from you. The way he feels about you does not fade or change because of your actions. He is CONSTANT, IMMOVABLE, and O’ how he LOVES you friend. The creator of the universe is listening. Talk with Him. I promise you, He meets you where you are. You are not alone. You are not invisible. His heart desires you and loves you in such a way that he died for you.

“Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you WILL carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus…And this is my prayer; that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless until the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through JESUS CHRIST-to the GLORY and PRAISE of God.” ~Philippians 1:6, 9-11
